Michael served as Head of Production and Senior Series Producer for Australian broadcast television and as Senior Producer - Production Consultant for AFC - Asian Food Channel, creating and editing the channel's first long-form original cooking series and overseeing regional documentary production. Michael is also a trained Senior Lighting cameraman with extensive broadcast experience.
